A Packing Process determines how a Pick Ticket Consolidation and Fulfillments will be handled during the packing step in an operation. This feature's functionality is currently limited but will be expanded in the near future.
Create a Pack Process
Navigate to Admin -> Processes -> Packing Processes -> Create New
- Add a Name and Description
- Decide setting for Single Package Per Fulfillment
- If ON: enforces a 1:1 ratio of packages and fulfillments, creating a new fulfillment automatically when a shipping package is added during packing
- If OFF: allows for multiple packages per fulfillment (multi-parcel shipments)
