Split Orders

Split Unknown Orders

1. Go to Tools -> Unknowns by Order
2. Review Data Navigation for how to filter and select multiple orders
3. Select Split in the action section
   

4. All of the items with the UNKNOWN location will be pulled off the order and added to an additional order

Example Order Split

Order #CP487425 has 2 order lines. 1 has inventory in a location, the other is UNKNOWN

1. After finding the order in the Unknown grid and selecting the Split action, there are now 2 orders in the system for this order

2. The original order #CP487425 only has Line 1
   

3. The new order, #CP487425-2, has line 2 with the UNKNOWN allocation
