Item Aliases

The integration maintains a list of suffixes that should be added to the sku to create an alternate alias. Each sku in the file will have the included UPC, FNSKU, and all of the suffixes included as aliases for the item.
The attachment "Main Sku" is the file we built this around. The reason this file is important is because it has
- Shopify SKU
- UPC
- FNSKU
When we add a list of Aliases, I need to have ALL of the aliases that we might want to use. I can’t add only the NS alias to the list but instead need to recreate the entire list. So having the FNSKU and UPC in the list will be important.
When new items need to be added, a new file that matches the format can be uploaded or the last file in the Archive folder can be updated and resubmitted.
Inbound Orders
Folder: Inbound Orders
Timing: Every 15 minutes
Example file: CPC_Inbound_Lot 46-pt1, 42-pt2, 44-pt1
Lines in the file will be grouped by the Lot number and this number will be used as the PO Number in WOS.
Orders coming through EDI system
Folder: EDI Orders
Timing: Every 15 minutes
Example file: Target PO Deposco Format
The file is grouped by Order Number.
The profile and source fields are used to populate the "Source" field in WOS.
The value "EDI" is populated into the "Integration Status" field. Having this field populated keeps the order from being created in Shiphawk.
The Area assigned to the order is based on a list kept in the integration. If the source doesn't match a value in that list, the Area defaults to "Ecom"
