WOS Manager - Old Order Management

  • Implemented Inventory Management in the WOS Manager web UI.
  • Bug fix for orders remaining in the Unassigned grid after Batch Build Beta assignment.

Orders

  • Added editing for Shipping Package fields in Order Edit.
  • Added Printer, Print Queue, and bulk print actions to Order Edit.
  • Added nested Pick Ticket and Consolidations grids to Work Order Edit.
  • Added hold support for Pick Ticket Consolidations.
  • Bug fix for missing Picked By values in the Order Line Edit modal.
  • Bug fix for resizing columns in the Order Edit Pick Ticket nested grid.
  • Bug fix for editing Pick Ticket quantities below the picked quantity.

Batching

  • Added potential batch counts to Batch Build.
  • Updated Batch Build to create all batches filled by selected Pick Tickets.

WOS Fulfillment (app) Updates

Packing

  • Implemented short pack support in PackOne and Packing so Report Problem creates real pack short records instead of only an audit log entry, gated on the Allow Short Packing setting.
  • Implemented hold support for pick ticket consolidations so a fulfillment or consolidation on hold stops packing work on the iPad.

Picking

  • Bug fix for missing Pick Ticket line notes during picking.
  • Bug fix for multiple users picking the same batch.
  • Implemented a picking assignment redesign across Single, Bulk, and Compartment, with one shared engine resolving the next assignment on entry into Picking, at pick complete, and from a new Go to Next button on each pick list.
  • Implemented scan to assign in Picking so a pick ticket number, order number, or batch name scanned on the pick list or the assigned selection sheet pulls work from the server when it isn't already in the list, with a chooser when an order matches more than one assignable unit.
  • Implemented cartless assignment so work can be assigned before a cart is set, moved the Lock to Cart requirement to the point of entering a pick list, and added a cart type mismatch error naming the required cart type.
  • Implemented pull to refresh on the pick lists, which raises the pick complete prompt when the refreshed assignment turns out to be fully picked.
  • Implemented recording a lot at the pick when a lot-required item has unlotted inventory at the location, instead of hard stopping the picker.
  • Updated pick complete prompts and empty state messaging so Back and Review are always available and the wording reflects the current pick mode.
  • Fixed lot accounting in Batched scan mode, stale lot availability, and Compartment advance after a short pick or split pick.
  • Fixed bulk batch lines disappearing from the pick view and the batch dropping off the pick list after a line was skipped.
  • Fixed Bulk skip navigation so skipping a line mid batch advances to the next line and skipping the last line returns to the pick list.
  • Fixed pick tickets being marked picked complete partway through a batched scan commit, so completion is only stamped once picked quantity satisfies expected quantity.
  • Fixed Compartment and Bulk quantity display in Batched mode with quantity verify off, where a short location prefilled and tallied the uncapped expected quantity.
  • Fixed a partial pick line showing as Picked with Continue disabled in Compartment and Bulk Batched picking.
  • Fixed a double tap on the problem pick submit creating duplicate short records.
  • Fixed concurrent batch refreshes in Picking.

Other

  • Updated Manage Inventory scans to send the operation type so Pull, Put, Move, and Bulk Move zone restrictions filter what the operator sees, with clearer zone restriction messaging.
  • Fixed Blind Receiving Receive to Storage so location and cart scans validate against blind receiving settings and show why a scan was rejected, and corrected the Set Session Cart / Location typo.
