WOS Manager - Old Order Management
- Implemented the Pick & Pack Tracker, a live picking and packing board with KPIs, throughput, labor and backlog
- Implemented the Unique Items, Total Items and Items (Quantity) bundle columns on the Item Masters grid

WOS Manager
Orders
- Implemented the shorted pick quantity column on the pick tickets grid and pack status and packed quantity on batch edit.
- Implemented opt-in reallocation when changing an order process or a pick ticket facility, alongside the existing cascade switches.
- Updated the Allocate option on batch build to skip pick tickets whose process already carries an allocation trigger, so the same work cannot be allocated twice.
- Fixed tags coming up empty in the pick ticket and fulfillment edit modals and saving back an empty tag list.
- Fixed pack shorts surviving the deletion of a consolidation, so a full pack reset now clears them.

- Implemented a Status checkbox filter on the Order Lines grid in Item Master Edit, defaulting to Not Picked and Partially Picked.

- Implemented the Pick & Pack Tracker, a live picking and packing board with KPIs, throughput, labor and backlog
- Implemented the Pick Ticket Created and Pick Ticket Batched allocation triggers, so every path that creates or batches a pick ticket now honors the trigger on the order process.
- Implemented the Allow Lot Assignment At Pick picking setting on User Groups, letting a picker record an unknown lot at the pick location when a lot-required item has unlotted inventory there.
- Implemented a Flow Name checkbox filter on the runs grid in Integration Edit.
- Fixed fulfillment-owned documents never reaching a printer, which left them queued with no printer for the life of the order.
- Fixed host messages missing order and reference numbers on NOM system triggers, including sales order, work order, pick ticket, consolidation, fulfillment, replenishment pick complete and packing box added.
WOS Fulfillment (app) Updates
Packing
- Implemented NOM short-pack support in PackOne and Packing, including reporting a pick problem from the pack list and the packout box, shorted quantity netted out of pack targets and displayed quantities, short-satisfied lines shown as complete, and a Picked status column on the pack list.
Picking
- Implemented recording a lot at the pick when a location holds stock with no lot on record, including scanning an unknown or unrecorded lot, prompting for an expiration date when the lot is new to the system, and automatically flagging the location for cycle count so the inventory team can correct it.
- Implemented splitting a single pick across multiple lots in the lot entry sheet, so a lot that can't cover the pick is taken at its capacity and the remainder filled from another lot, with tap-to-type quantity entry on each lot row.
- Fixed Batched picking so quantities already staged locally count against lot availability, preventing the same lot from being offered again on every scan and the commit failing with "Not enough inventory."
- Fixed Batched picks becoming orphaned when a batch refreshes, which could cause a line to be re-picked, committed twice, or read as complete with nothing behind it.
- Fixed a failed Batched commit leaving a cell in a dead end that only manual quantity entry could clear, and rolled the staged quantities and lot totals back cleanly so the pick can be redone.
- Fixed Compartment Pick not advancing to the next line after a short or split pick resolved the remainder.
- Fixed Bulk Pick losing a batch's lines after a refresh when a sibling ticket reported a different pick method.
- Fixed Bulk Pick skip so it advances to the next bulk line in place mid-batch and returns to the list on the final line.
- Fixed a manually entered Bulk Pick quantity carrying over to the next line and rendering as another item's picked progress, and included pending quantity in the unsubmitted-work warning when leaving the perform view.
- Fixed a crash when a pick ticket routed through a non-compartment process appeared in a compartment batch without a grid position.
- Fixed the Report Pick Problem submit accepting a double tap, and surfaced submission errors in the report sheet instead of a hidden banner.
- Fixed held batches disappearing from the pick list and from batch refresh.
- Fixed the assigned work list resolving the wrong cart, pick method and last-worked values on batches with mixed pick methods.
Other
- Fixed lot expiration dates displaying incorrectly across Picking, Replenishment, and Receiving, where week-year parsing collapsed every date and time zone conversion shifted dates back by a day.
- Fixed Blind Receiving location scan errors and available-cart load failures being discarded instead of shown, and corrected the Set Session Location label.
